Our Bug Express: Getting Your Goodies to You! 🐛💨
Welcome to the Bug Zoo, where every critter counts, and so does getting your exciting new treasures to your doorstep! Here's how our Bug Express works:
Order Buzz-Off Time! (Processing): Once you've snagged your buggy buddies, our worker bees get buzzing! Please give us 1-3 business days to lovingly pack your order and get it ready for its journey. We're a small team of bug enthusiasts, so we appreciate your patience as we ensure everything is just right!
When Will Your New Friends Arrive? (Shipping Times): Our Bug Express couriers (that's what we call our shipping partners!) scurry as fast as they can, but travel times can vary, especially since some of our unique finds travel a long way to reach you!
- To Canada & USA: Typically, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-20 business days once it has shipped.
- International Critter-Mail: For our friends in other parts of the globe, it might take a little longer, usually around 15-30 business days.
Please remember, these are estimated times, and sometimes our delivery beetles encounter unexpected detours (like customs checks or busy holiday seasons) that might add a little extra time. We promise it'll be worth the wait!
Tracking Your Treasures: Once your order has flown the coop (shipped!), we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a special tracking number. You can use this to watch your package's adventure! Sometimes, it takes a day or two for the tracking to show its first update, so don't fret if it's not there instantly.
A Note from Our International Antourage (Customs & Duties): For our international customers, please note that your country might have its own rules about import taxes or customs duties. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs and would be your responsibility if they apply. So far, our tiny packages have mostly zipped through without any fuss!
Lost in the Leaf Litter? (Lost Packages): If your package seems to have taken a wrong turn and hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe (plus a little extra patience for those detours), please get in touch with us at bug.zoo@outlook.com! We'll send out our best search party to help locate it.
