30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Bug Zoo Products Only)

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products sold directly by Bug Zoo (hereafter “we” or “us”).
  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on returning your item(s).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable.

Third-Party Sellers

  • Certain products on our site may be sold or fulfilled by third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon or other affiliates). Those items are not covered by our 30-day guarantee.
  • For returns or refunds on third-party items, please refer to the seller’s return/refund policy and follow their procedures.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
