Little Miss Muffet

Sat on a tuffet,

Eating her curds and whey;

Along came a spider,

And sat down beside her,

And frightened Miss Muffet away.

Bugs are cool and amazing?! Thanks for loving bugs too! 🐞

Have you ever seen a spider spin a web? It's like magic! Did you know that spider webs are super strong? Even stronger than steel! Spiders use their webs to catch yummy bugs to eat. Sometimes, a spider will even eat its own web if it gets hungry. Pretty cool, right?

The next time you see a spider web, take a closer look. See how the spider made it so perfectly. Maybe you can even see the spider hiding! But don't get too close - we don't want to scare the spider away like Miss Muffet.

Mary Mary Quite Contrary

How does your garden grow?

With silver bells, and cockle shells,

And pretty maids all in a row

Bugs are cool and amazing?! Thanks for loving bugs too! 🐞

Do you like to help out in the garden? If so, you've probably seen some busy little bugs crawling around. These bugs are helping the garden grow! Some bugs, like ladybugs, eat bad bugs that can hurt the plants. Other bugs, like bees and butterflies, help pollinate the flowers. This helps the flowers make seeds so that new flowers can grow.

Even though some bugs might look scary, they are actually our friends. So next time you see a bug in the garden, say hello and thank them for helping the plants grow!
