Have you ever seen a mouse scurry across the floor? They are really fast! Mice move so quickly, they can be hard to see. Did you know that some bugs have super speed too?
Super Speedy
One of the fastest insects is the tiger beetle. They can move so fast that they have to stop and look around to see where they are going. If they don't stop, they will crash! How fast can a tiger beetle run? They can travel 171 body lengths per second. Wow! That's like a person running 400 miles per hour!
